To sign up for a cooking
session you will need to get a group of no less than 14, no more than 18
people together. Look over the menus and call me to schedule the menu
and date. After you arrive at my house you will be offered wine and something to nibble on while I go through the recipes with everyone. I will divide you into teams. Everything you need, ingredients and utensils are waiting for you. You do the cooking while I float around and answer questions as needed. The food is served either restaurant or buffet style depending on the menu.
